Habits and Practices of the Exceptional Service Advisor

The functions the Service Advisor performs everyday that makes this position so important to customer retention and dealership profits will be explained. How much this position actually contributes to the profit of the store and what the Exceptional ones do every day will be shared. I will outline the “12-Essentials to an Employee’s Success” and the role management must play in the success of their staff.

Structure your Service Department to be Profitable

The “real” inventory the Service Department has to sell will be uncovered and I will explain just how important this inventory is every day. How to set a profit objective and what it takes to actually hit it. Once the objective has been set, I will outline how many Technicians and Service Advisors are required to staff it properly.
